Tipton Linen is seeking a motivated, independent self-starter to join our service team as a Route Service Representative (RSR)!

What You Will Do

Route Service Representatives manage and grow customer accounts. RSRs drive a truck along an established route and provide service within an existing customer base. RSRs are the face of Tipton Linen to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision-makers, ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.

Essential Functions

• Deliver and pick up laundry, entrance mats and other rental items

• Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism

• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services

• Assist sales team with lead generation

• Work professionally, safely and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations

• Perform duties in a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or military service

• Missouri Class E Drivers License preferred

Pay: $1,150.00 - $1,450.00 per week
