Route Sales Representative

Route Sales Representative needed for (DSD) Specialty Coffee Distribution company. Starting wage is $20 to $23 per hour based on experience. Full time workers are eligible for health benefits and paid time off in their first year. Employees will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, and iPad. Candidates can elect to use their phone instead of an IPAD, they will receive a $40 dollar / month phone stipend.

Start Date: ASAP

Route: This role will complete deliveries throughout Chicago Metropolitan area. The employee will need to be ok with regular travel to our warehosue in Arlinton Heights IL

Shift - 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

POSITION:

Route Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY:

Whisha Specialty Coffee Distributors is seeking a Route Sales Representative (RSR) to service and grow existing accounts on an established route. RSRs will drive a company issued vehicle along a specified route and service stores by writing and delivering orders, merchandising products using the FIFO method, issuing credits, and managing inventory.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

● Possess a valid driver’s license

● Safe driving record

● High School diploma, GED, or Military Service

● Ability to lift 60 lbs.

● Excellent organizational skills

● Strong attention to detail

● Retail and merchandising skills
