Route Sales Flex Driver

Route Sales Flex driver needed for (DSD) Specialty Coffee Distribution company. Starting wage is $22 to $25 per hour based on experience. Full time workers are eligible for health benefits and paid time off in their first year. Employees will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, and iPad. Candidates can elect to use their phone instead of an IPAD, they will receive a $40 dollar / month phone stipend.

Start Date: ASAP

Route: The Flex Driver role will complete deliveries throughout Chicago Metropolitan area as well as Wisconsin. The Flex role is not tied to one specific route whether they help out with anything needed in the area including supply pick ups, cross docks, vacation coverage, randomly assigned deliveries based on the needs of the region.

Shift - 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Route Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY:

Whisha Specialty Coffee Distributors is seeking a Route Sales Representative (RSR) to service and grow existing accounts on an established route. RSRs will drive a company issued vehicle along a specified route and service stores by writing and delivering orders, merchandising products using the FIFO method, issuing credits, and managing inventory.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

● Possess a valid driver’s license

● Safe driving record

● High School diploma, GED, or Military Service

● Ability to lift 60 lbs.

● Excellent organizational skills

● Strong attention to detail

● Retail and merchandising skills
