To be considered for a position in Vending, a candidate must possess the following qualifications:

English speaking.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
Reliable and able to start work early on a consistent basis.
Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
Mechanical skills and/or vending/food service experience a plus.
Must be able to consent to a pre-employment drug screen
Description:

Responsibilities of the position:

- Attend to established client base in timely and professional manner.

- Utilize handhelds/internal programs to properly manage product at accounts and download customer data.

- Keep vending machines clean and properly filled.

- Keep stock room clean and organized.

- Rotate stock to ensure first in and first out product utilization in stock room and vending machine. Remove expired products.

- Responsible for loading, Delivering, and merchandising of items such as: beverages, coffee products, snack food, condiments, and fresh foods.

- Replenish vending items and stock room, clean and sanitize all vending machine and stock areas, inventory machines.

- Understand the mechanics of the equipment and make minor repairs/alterations where necessary. Phone in any significant mechanical problems for assistance in repair.

- Develop and maintain positive client relationships.

- Meet with client representatives and respond to product/service requests, present them with new product offerings for vending and optimize their product mix to maximize client satisfaction and profitability for Berkshire Food.

- Inquire about customer satisfaction: monitor problems with product, delivery, or other service issues. Communicate issues to management and act as a liaison between the customer and the company for prompt resolution.

- Must be reliable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
