Position Overview

The Pharmacy/Patient Delivery Driver must abide by various regulatory compliance rules and must always treat patients with dignity and respect. The Transportation Coordinator will deliver prescriptions and transport patients to/from appointments.

General Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from appointments with various pick up and drop off locations
• Delivers prescriptions to patients and Health Center locations
• Operate vehicle safely, alerts manager to issue requiring service, and keeps vehicle fueled
• Extensive local travel is required

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years transportation experience required
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations
