Daily Duties
· Verifying your company vehicle is stocked with all items corresponding to your route
· Transporting snacks, beverages, and fresh food to customer locations
· Offloading products with a hand cart to match customer requests
· Enriching the cleanliness and overall look of customer equipment
· Merchandising products to match our company standards
· Removing soon-to-expire products from food racks and coolers
Requirements:
The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. You'll learn about our products, our vending equipment, our tracking/invoicing, and our customer locations.
But here are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
- A good driving record: If you're on a first-name basis with the people at the traffic court, this probably isn't the right timing for you. Safety is our priority. You'll also need a valid driver's license.
- Friendly demeanor: Smile, tell a joke - treat our customers like you would your family and friends. Think of it this way: a smile and a kind word can mean the difference between sales and bonuses going up or down.
- Insurability: must be able to pass a drugscreening prior operating a company vehicle.
- Keen sense of direction: You should know how to read a map and find your way around your delivery area. Think of all of the shortcuts you'll learn!
- Age restrictions: Our Delivery Drivers need to be at least 21 years old.
- Dress the part: We'll provide you with a uniform. You will be tasked with keeping it clean and coming to work wearing it.
- Just a few more things: You'll need some basic math skills, the desire to achieve goals, enthusiasm for learning, and the ability to push or lift up to 50lbs.
- Disclosure: All customer-facing roles will require to show proof of vaccination at customer locations.
