Route Delivery Driver

We're seeking experienced route driver. Individuals who are looking to join a growing company with a commitment to excellence are encouraged to apply for this position. A successful candidate has the ability to deliver to all types of customers including convenience stores, retail pharmacies, and warehouses. Drives the delivery vehicle and delivers product to the store. Responsible for ongoing rotating and stocking of product in freezers/coolers. Has frequent interaction with store management and store receiving personnel for acceptance of load as required. This position requires lifting and loading cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours and pushing/pulling using from 40 - 150 pounds of force, occasionally. It also requires reaching, squatting and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store. Unloads pallets of product from the delivery vehicle with an 2-wheel hand truck and puts the product in a designated area in the store’s freezer/coolers.

Essential Functions

• Drives daily and weekly route schedules to transport and deliver product to predetermined locations.
• Assists Store Management with check-in/DSD processes. Responsible for ongoing rotating andstocking of product in freezers/coolers.
• Conducts daily checks of truck operation including fuel, oil, wipers, fluids, interior and exteriorlights via Pre/Post Inspections (Samsara)
• Drives truck to service center/office to obtain needed repairs and services. Maintains records and logsof internal and external service.
• Fills the truck with fuel at pre-approved service stations.
• Ensures the interior and exterior of the truck is cleaned. Vacuums interior and collect and disposesof garbage. Wipes surfaces. Cleans windows. Washes exterior as necessary.
• Maintain positive ongoing relationship with Pre-Sale Representative ie:Daily communications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
