Roustabout / Crew Hand

Naill Services is seeking general oil field hands to work in a team setting. Hands are required to perform physically demanding work in outside conditions year-round.

Our TEAM is growing, and we need qualified individuals to join us.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus but not required.
• A CDL driver’s license is required for some positions.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• General oilfield labor – maintenance, fencing, power washing, concrete pours, moving materials & tools, etc.
• Familiarity using various hand & power tools.
• Large equipment experience is a plus, but not required.
• Perform all duties to required safety standards.
• Must have basic mechanical knowledge.
• Must be able to perform activities such as shoveling, climbing ladders, lifting, carrying heavy objects up to and including 50 lbs., etc.
• Must be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and be a team player.
• Reliable, a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Be ready to learn from on-the-job training.

All candidates must have a valid driver’s license and "acceptable" Motor Vehicle Record.

We do conduct drug testing, background checks, and motor vehicle record checks.

Starting pay $18.50 - $22.50 / hour - depending on experience.
