Job Purpose:
The RoundSling Operator will operate the roundsling machine and assist in the fabrication and repair of synthetic lifting slings.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and repair synthetic slings and assemblies
- Operate Roundsling Machine
- Coordinate the production of orders with the Production Manager;
- Maintain a safe working environment, and ensure that fabricated items are Manufactured to BLP's quality standards; and
- Ensure that test samples of fabricated items are forwarded to the Production Manager as required.
- Perform other functions as required.
Job Requirements:
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Must be able to meet production demands and deadlines in a safe and timely manner
- Must be able to stand, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
