This is an administrative position with a great focus on recruiting new team members, and on ensuring all employee credentials are up to date. A current CHHA/CNA license is required along with a willingness to provide direct care in patients homes when needed thereby ensuring continuity of care for the patients who rely on our services to remain safely in their home.
This is a full-time job, with flexible hours, eligible for overtime. We offer competitive pay, signing bonus, Paid Time Off, 7 paid holidays and NJ Earned Sick Leave. Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years professional experience or combination of office and hands-on patient care
- Computer and technology proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel), ability to learn our scheduling software and work with a variety of business on-line applications.
- Great references and work history
- High school diploma or GED, CHHA license or a CNA license required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with clients, co-workers, and business partners.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Have legal work status.
Must have a drivers license, a reliable car, insurance with a clean driving record. Willingness to commute anywhere within our service area.
