Room Runner

Next Stop Comedy is a growing stand-up comedy production company! We're looking to build out our team.

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and personable individual to join our team as a Comedy Club Room Runner. The Room Runner is responsible for facilitating the guest experience from start to finish. If you enjoy stand-up comedy and have weekend night availability (at least one day per weekend), we'd like to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Drive to and set up shows at various venues
• Greet and check-in customers at the door.
• Sell tickets at the door through the Eventbrite Organizer app.
• Answer and respond to customer questions, complaints and concerns.
• Set up and break down the show room (Move tables, set up audio equipment, etc.)
• Collaborate with comedians to make sure the show runs on time.
• Keep the show room looking pristine.
• Work directly with the owners!

We're looking for someone who can think on their feet. Someone who can make strangers feel at home. And, ideally, someone who loves comedy!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
