Rooftop Poolside Cocktail Server

Responsibilities:

• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions;
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards;
• Other duties as assigned;
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage;
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods;
• Follow all policies and procedures;
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance;
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform;
• To perform other duties as directed by your supervisor or Club manager;
• Seek out the supervisor letting them know that you are present;
• Assist in providing the pool amenities to guests;
• Serve food & beverage orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner;
• Clear tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment;
• Provide exceptional service;
• Full knowledge of F&B menus and offerings.

Requirements:

• Must have two years Food & Beverage experience;
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system;
• Punctuality and regular/reliable attendance;
• Basic knowledge of food presentation, preparation and handling;
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a server in a comparable restaurant

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
