As a performance based position, you will be responsible for actively pursuing residential Roofing Sales, in storm-damaged neighborhoods. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are coachable and have a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels to build a strong customer base.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to provide project scope.
• Present roofing products and services to potential clients.
• Meet with insurance adjusters.
• Effectively close sales in our specific target area.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions.
