Roofing Sales Representative

We are looking to add an exceptional and energetic Roofing Specialist to join our growing company and have unlimited opportunities for growth. Looking for an individual that wants to help develop teams and grow into management role.

What We Offer:

• Compensation will be contingent upon the candidate's experience
• Healthcare reimbursement and performance pay bonuses are available after 90 days
• Some work from home flexibility may be possible
• Commission % based on job gross margin
• $500 per week for first 6 weeks for Training

What's Expected:

• Comfort generating leads by door knocking, prospecting with insurance agents, realtors, etc..
• Support our Mighty Pledge to homeowners including top dog communication, on-time service, cleanliness, and integrity.
• Meet directly with homeowners and business owners to inspect and document any storm damage.
• Create estimates based on industry-specific software, drone footage, and personal inspection of the roof.
• Ability to present and close sales agreements.
• Constant follow up & nurturing of all leads daily.
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle including lead generation, generating customer proposals, job day production oversight, insurance documentation, collection of customer payments, and ensuring job profitability.
• Ability to set up a ladder and walk a residential or business roof.
• Ability to pass an FAA Drone exam and achieve license (company paid for).

• Valid Driver's License.
• Great communication skills.
• Comfort climbing on a ladder.
• Comfort & physical capability to get on roofs & inside attics
• Team player that is coachable and brings a positive attitude every day.
• Roofing sales experience, or similar work environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage job profitability and ensure company success.
• Comfortable working alone with little to no supervision.
• Experience with CRM software and building customer proposals.
