Position Overview:

As a D2D Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, leading, and managing our door-to-door sales team in Nashville. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in D2D sales and team management, a proven track record of campaign leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, the ability to engage in door knocking themselves is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize door-to-door routes, shifts, and team schedules to optimize efficiency and maximize outreach to potential customers.
  • Initiate and lead D2D campaigns from inception, developing creative and effective marketing strategies.
  • Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing D2D team capable of effectively promoting and marketing our services.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the D2D team, ensuring they meet their targets and goals.
  • Set realistic and achievable marketing targets for the team and provide mentorship, guidance, and support to help them improve their techniques and meet their targets.
  • Monitor the performance of the D2D team, providing regular feedback to ensure they are meeting their targets and addressing any areas of improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the D2D strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in D2D marketing and management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently coordinate team activities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
