Griffins Roofing is a small business in Gastonia, NC. We are professional and agile. Our goal is to always focus on quality work, and will always put the client first. We are a new company and are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals. The employee should have the knowledge of:
- How to properly tear off shingles and tear off underlayment
- Know how to work on steep pitched roofs
- Have the knowledge of laying down new underlayment
- Must know how to pop chalk line
- Individual must know how to properly lay shingles.

```Duties:```
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist with the fabrication, masonry, and restoration of structures
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist with tearing off old shingles
- Assist with laying shingles
- Assist with installing new roof
- Ensure work areas are clean and free of debris
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as a laborer or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Basic knowledge of imstalling architectural shingles
- 5 years experience but not mandatory

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 48 – 60 per week
