Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a crew of construction workers
- Ensure that projects are completed on time
- Oversee the quality of work performed by the crew
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to crew members
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management
- Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
Experience:
- Experience in construction and remodeling projects are a plus
- Strong knowledge of various construction techniques and materials is helpful
- Strong ability to communicate with customers and potential customers
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities
