RESPONSIBILITIES:RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for assisting the server/bartender, running food, carrying trays, preparing bottle service setups, clearing & resetting tables/bar, conducting table/bar maintenance and water/beverage service in a quiet and organized manner. Completing side work, maintaining health code standards and providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Candidates must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.
- Requires a minimum of one to three years of previous work experience in a high volume restaurant.
- TIPS and ServSafe Certified
- Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to set and clear tables/bar without breakage.
- Must be able to lift and carry thirty pounds.
- Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Wear proper attire at all times and be well-groomed.
- Be flexible since this is a 24/7 hotel operation
- Regular and reliable attendance.
