Roller Rink Attendant - Downtown St. Petersburg

Are you interested in working at the newest outdoor roller skating rink in St. Pete? We are searching for individuals with guest services, roller skating, or ROLLER RINK experience to provide exceptional and friendly service in a resort setting.

Our Ideal Candidates will:

• Enjoy working outdoors, be able to work nights and weekends
• Greet guests and facilitate the check-in process consistently
• Have recreational roller skating, roller blading experience (not required but is a plus)

All positions are seasonal. Pay is determined upon employment and commensurate to experience. The employment period is mid March to mid April(March 7th to April 14th).

Under the supervision of the Rink Manager, the Roller Rink Attendant will be responsible for both on-rink and off-rink duties, while the main focus is outstanding customer service and ensuring safety.

Duties:

• Provide exceptional and friendly service while providing the highest quality experience to all guests
• Responsible for greeting guests and facilitating the check-in process
• Responsible for handing out and disinfecting skates while off the rink
• Ensure the safety of guests on and off the rink by enforcing our code of conduct
• Organize and keep a tidy workspace, which may include light cleaning
• Work as a team to complete opening and closing procedures
• Assist with minor maintenance when needed
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, and lift on a daily basis
• Must be able and willing to work nights and weekends
• Previous experience working at an ROLLER RINK is highly desired
• Prior experience with both Android and Apple operating systems is a plus
• Knowledge of basic first aid is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
