Job Description
The ideal candidate is someone with a positive outlook on life and a readiness to go above and beyond for their customer (and who also just happens to have a CDL)!!! Daily responsibilities include safely and efficiently delivering and removing dumpsters from various jobsites throughout the St. Louis area and transporting full dumpsters to local disposal facilities. Other responsibilities involve entering and completing work orders through company issued cell phone and maintaining your vehicle's appearance and general maintenance.

Driver Qualities:
* Must be 25 years of age, or older (for insurance purposes) and possess a valid Class A or B CDL, in good standing
* Clean driving record: No more than 2 moving violations in the last 36 months (must provide MVR)
* Knowledge of the St. Louis area
* Ability to communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
* Must have a good grasp of current technology through the use of an iPad for routing, data entry, customer invoicing and credit card payments.
* Must have mental ability to handle receipts, read maps, road signs and maintain record of duty status
* Able to sit and remain alert in vehicle for up to 12 hours
* Dependable, reliable, presentable
* Roll Off driving experience not necessarily required
* Customer service skills
* Submit to a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
* Physical fitness an asset -- must have the ability to efficiently enter and exit the cab of the truck and apply a tarp to dumpster
* Drivers may spend up to 50% of time outdoors, exposed to different environmental conditions
* Must have flexible schedule (occasional overtime required)
* Pass DOT physical
* Can lift and move up 50 lbs.
* Submit to a background check
Description of Duties:
* Completion of Driver Training
* Assume responsibility for care and maintenance of vehicle
* Working knowledge of rules and regulations in the operation of the vehicle
* Maintaining a variety of records -- circle check, daily logs, weigh scale tickets, inspection reports
* Daily circle check and vehicle inspection
* Safe and timely transportation of dumpsters from origin to destination
* Operation of controls for loading and unloading of bins
* Communication with dispatch
* Communication with customers
* Accident/incident reporting and documentation (photos)
* Ensure all appropriate equipment is on board
* Other duties as assigned
