Are you ready to rev up your career? We're looking for a Roll Clamp Operator extraordinaire to join our team! This role is perfect for you if you're all about precision and efficiency. As our Roll Clamp Operator, you'll be the mastermind behind safety storing, shipping, and receiving our products while keeping our safety standards sky-high.

What you'll be doing every day!
- Loading and Unloading Mastery: Efficiently and safely load and unload paper roll stock and corrugated boxes from railcars and trailers.
- Stacking Savvy: Use various PIT equipment, such as a Floor Scrubber/Sweeper, Double-Fork Forklift, Carton Clamp Truck, and more, to stack products accurately in designated storage areas.
- Rotation Expertise: Rotate products according to customer requirements, ensuring freshness and timely delivery.
- Inventory Integrity: Maintain the integrity of customer inventory by leading or assisting in physical inventories and promptly identifying any discrepancies.
- Versatile Tasks: Handle labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, or repacking projects as needed, showcasing adaptability.
- Order Assembly Pro: Accurately pick and assemble orders for shipment, ensuring the right products reach the right destinations.
- Safety First: Safely operate material handling equipment, conduct daily inspections, and promptly report any issues to ensure a safe working environment.
- Vigilant Observation: Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and promptly notify warehouse leadership.
- Maintenance Responsibility: Perform daily inspections of material handling equipment to ensure it is in optimal condition and promptly report any malfunctions for repairs.
- Cleanliness Crusader: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area, contributing to a pleasant and efficient workplace environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations and laws governing warehouse operations, contributing to a safe and legally compliant workplace.
- Professional Interaction: Interact professionally with warehouse management, personnel, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships.
- Documentation Duty: Complete required records, reports, and daily paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and teamwork skills, continuously seeking improvement and growth opportunities.
- Tech Proficiency: Utilize RF scan guns, tablets, and warehouse management system technology easily, showcasing technological aptitude. Experience with similar devices and processes is a plus.
