Job Description:
At Regions, the Technical Analyst reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support applications and systems. This position participates in the design and development of various applications and systems.
Primary Responsibilities
Manages daily administration and support of applications and systems but not limited to customization of objects, fields, record types, sharing rules, page layouts, validation rules, custom settings, and flows
Serves as a liaison to business groups, gathering business requirements, designing project plans, and ensuring applications are meeting end-user needs
Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and maintains application customizations (including integrations)
Monitors routine and critical processes and workflows
Provides procedural and technical guidance to analysts as well as assigns tasks to assist with project completion
Performs root cause analysis and provides technical solutions to production related application errors
Identifies issues and drives their resolution during the analysis, design, and testing phases
Creates and maintains application support documentation on processes and configurations
Coordinates with necessary teams throughout the application design and development process
Works under a moderate level of supervision and may offer advice and/or guidance to junior analysts
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Three (3) years of experience in supporting application design, administration, or related field
Preferences
Experience in an agile methodology development environment
Experience with third party implementation vendors
Experience in the financial services industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management and organizational skills necessary to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC . Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.
Preferred experience with UiPath Platform Management (On-prem and/or Cloud) including initial setup/upgrades, Orchestrator setup/management, setup of high-density robots, and ongoing maintenance
Understanding of frontend and background processes
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Experience with CI/CD/CT pipelines
Data analytics skills
Knowledge of technology environments and infrastructure
Knowledge of information security concepts/processes

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
Job Range Target:
Minimum: $72,183.20 USD
Median: $99,730.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
