Roadway Maintenance Contract/Permit Inspector

Location:

• Lake, Orange, Seminole, Brevard, Volusia Counties

Responsibilities:

• Verify the acceptability of the Contractor’s work methods and work product.

• Provide periodic field reviews of maintenance of traffic (MOT) setups

• Assist the Florida Department of Transportation with the Maintenance Rating Program (MRP) inspection when assigned.

• Document field inspections.

• Perform field inspections of permitted construction that is in progress, to ensure compliance with the Florida Department of Transportation Specifications and Standards.
