The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients in long-term care, rehabilitation center or a nursing home and is able to communicate effectively with fellow employees and management.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with patients, family members, and other staff members.
- Prepare for and participate in fire drills and other safety drills.
- Supervise and work as part of a team.
- Manage medications and administer injections.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, exercising, and feeding patients.
- Provide individualized patient care that promotes the patient's dignity and independence.
- Inform patients of the activities of the day and their care plan as appropriate.
- Monitor, record, update, and communicate changes in patient's condition to the licensed practical nurse supervisor or RN as appropriate.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
