We have opportunities in a variety of departments: As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:
1. Providing high-quality patient care in various departments including Critical Care, Surgical, Emergency Room, ICU, Telemetry, Operating Room, Medical Surgical Nursing, and Cardiac Care Unit.
2. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
3. Administering medications, monitoring patient recovery and progress, and educating patients and their families about disease prevention and post-hospital treatment.
4. Responding to emergencies and providing advanced life support when necessary.
5. Adhering to the highest standards of nursing practices and Patient safety.
6. Documenting patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
7. Participating in continuous professional development and educational opportunities to maintain current knowledge in the field of nursing.
Qualifications:
1. A current and valid RN license.
2. At least 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
3. Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).T
4. A certification as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).is highly desirable.
5. Proven experience in one of the following departments: Critical Care, Surgical, ER, ICU, Telemetry, OR, Medical Surgical Nursing, and Cardiac Care Unit.
6. Exceptional clinical skills with a strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient care.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
