Our employees do not bid for shifts or have any hidden fees deducted from their pay checks. We provide W-2's for our employees and deduct federal and state payroll taxes. Also we pay for all professional liability insurance as well as worker compensation insurance, not our employees! We have Per Diem and local, short term Contract shifts available in Louisiana!
- RN pay range $42-$55 per hour (with up to $82.50 per hour pay on some holidays*)
- LPN pay range $30-$45 per hour (with up to $67.50 per hour pay on some holidays*)
*Upcoming Holidays: Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day! (at most work locations)
ALERT! Medical TEMPS, Inc. is OPEN! We invite Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, who live in our service areas, to join our team to help support the medical needs in our local communities' medical facilities.
We have both COVID-19 positive and COVID-19 negative locations/customers. We have some contracts/customers that require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and some that do not! Medical TEMPS, Inc. does not require our staff to have COVID19 vaccination(s).
Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses are needed for day, evening and/or night shifts (4, 8 or 12 hour shifts) at local small and large hospitals (Med-Surg, ER, ICU, Behavioral, Psych, Addiction, Telemetry, SNF and Rehab), nursing homes, home health, hospice, long term acute care hospitals (LTAC's), short term rehab, group homes, correctional centers and psych/rehab/recovery facilities.
We currently staff such facilities in or near West Monroe, Monroe, Arcadia, Bastrop, Bernice, Ruston, Farmerville, Homer, Minden, Winnfield, Winnsboro, Rayville, Mer Rouge, Ferriday, Tallulah, Jena, Olla, Ferriday, Jonesboro, Lake Providence, Columbia, Jonesville, Delhi, Pineville, Shreveport and other cities in north central Louisiana.
Flexible shifts and work hours available throughout the year, with pay up to $82.50 per hour for RN's* and $67.50 per hour for LPN's* (*holiday weekends at some locations). Plus time+half (1.5x) & double time (2x) available at some facilities!
Medical TEMPS, Inc. accepts applications M-F 9am-4pm. We require all staff to have a current nursing license/certification in the State of Louisiana, one year of work experience in that licensure/certification area, a current/annual negative TB test, current proof of CPR certification and 2 forms of ID for federal identification purposes. All applicants must pass background checks, reference checks and 9 panel drug/alcohol screenings.
