Around the Clock Nursing is hiring for RN's/LPNs

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Educate patients and their families on promoting healthy living and need to maintain medication regimen

We work with your schedule, you get to choose the type of client you want. We have Pediactic and Geriatric clients! Bilingual a plus!

Requirements:

- Reliable transportaion.
- Valid RN/LPN license in the state of employment.
- Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Proficiency in medication administration systems and techniques.
- Experience with IV insertion and maintenance. ( on a case by case basis)
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Ability to Relocate:
