SalaryJob Description:
Provide consistent, high-quality care by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments and promotion of team approach to resident care.
Duties include:
- Administer and document medications given
- Perform treatments and assist physicians
- Observe, record and report observations
- Assess resident needs and provide care
- Other duties as assigned
- Provide support to Resident Care Specialist/CNAs with resident care and charting
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Nurse in the state of Indiana.
- Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently.
- Experienced preferred.
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Hourly rate is based on experience.
- Weekend shifts pay: $1.50 additional per hour.; night shift an additional $1.50 hr
- Weekends and Holidays: Must work every other weekend and every other holiday.
