Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of patient care and the application of the nursing process
- Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes
- Supervise and lead CNAs & QMAs

Once the maximum sign-on bonus is paid, the base hourly rate will revert to the existing published rate at that time. Sign On Bonus not applicable to Weekend Baylor Program or PRN.

Requirements:Requirements of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensed in the State of Indiana
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
