Job Description:

· Complete Wound Care of the residents

· Complete Wound Care rounds in both buildings

· Provide education to the staff

· Complete documentation regarding resident care

Shift:

Full Time

Hybrid – covering 2 of our Rochester facilities

Half remote, half on site

NO Weekends

NO Holidays

Candidate Qualifications:

· Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program.

· Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care

· Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.

· WCON or WCC Certified
