Position Summary
Provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence-based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience within the framework of Shared Governance.
Primary Position Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Required:
All hires after July 2012 are required to have a Bachelor's Degree in nursing OR if Associates Degree or Diploma, RN must be actively enrolled in a BSN program and and complete within 5 years of hire date or internal RN promotion date.
Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):
Required:
One year Med/Surg or related nursing experience.
Preferred:
One year of Acute Care Emergency department experience
License, Registry or Certification:
Required:
Current NJ RN licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification required upon hire.
Preferred:
Medical-Surgical Nurse certification or related specialty certification. ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and CPI training within 6 months of hire. CPI training education provided by HMC.
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
Required:
Must complete Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 6 months of hire.

Schedule: Part-time, Evenings, Nights & Weekends, 8p-8am
