Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Day shift (8:00am - 5:00pm)
- On Call Program- aditional pay fee
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to patients in a clinical setting.
- Ensure that all patient care records are accurately recorded and documented.
- Provide timely and accurate communication of patient progress and/or concerns to appropriate staff members.
- Assess patient condition, including identification of acute illnesses, which require hospitalization or other treatment procedures, and notify appropriate staff members of patient conditions requiring care.
- Obtain and record vital signs, blood pressure, and other vital information for patients.
- Communicate with nursing team regarding patient condition or complications.
- Perform routine nursing tasks such as administering medications, cleaning supplies, and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
- Current state registered nurse license in the state of practice required. Additional licenses may be required to perform nursing duties.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check required.
- Must be able to pass a physical screening that measures functional ability of the physical body and or behavior including but not limited to; vision, hearing, leg-length ratio test, physical ability, body composition test, blood pressure, and temperature.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
