**Job Title:** RN Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Clinical Leadership:**
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care, address concerns, and provide guidance to nursing staff.
2. **Staff Management:**
- Oversee and coordinate the work of nursing and support staff.
- Participate in the recruitment, orientation, and ongoing training of nursing personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
3. **Patient Care Coordination:**
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient records, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
4. **Regulatory Compliance:**
- Stay informed about state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing facilities and ensure compliance.
- Participate in audits and surveys, addressing any identified areas of improvement promptly.
5. **Quality Assurance:**
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care through regular quality assurance initiatives.
- Implement and oversee quality improvement measures to enhance resident outcomes.
6. **Education and Training:**
- Facilitate ongoing education and training programs for nursing staff to promote professional development and compliance with best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and disseminate relevant information to the team.
**Qualifications:**
1. Current and valid RN license in the state of CA.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on supervisory or leadership roles.
3. Strong knowledge of regulations and standards governing skilled nursing facilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to make independent decisions and exercise good judgment.
6. Proficient in computer skills, including electronic health record systems.
