Job Summary
The Seasonal Part-Time Stock Associate is an exciting new role and opportunity to come in on the ground floor of Lulus’ new retail expansion in Los Angeles. We are opening our first flagship on Melrose and looking for a Stock Associate who supports the operations of the store with an emphasis on stock processes. They support the flow of Lulus products at all stages including inventory receipt, product placement, and customer experience. They uphold Lulu’s core values and contribute to driving results. This includes fostering community amongst the team through continued education on brand and back of house initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store, in line with the Lulu’s values
Supports timely execution of product placement and other visual priorities to inspire the customer; participates in maintaining store visual standards
Actively participates in daily meetings and projects; facilitates the sharing of relevant information regarding shipment, restock, and back of house organization
Contributes to an inclusive and people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful and helpful to others
Takes initiative and works productively with the team to achieve common, collaborative goals; remains flexible as priorities change due to business needs
Communicates daily with the leadership team on supply needs, flow of shipment, support needs, shipping damages, and box count discrepancies
Collaborates with key partners to effectively lead the shipment process, product drop shipments, transfers, and damages; maintains a record for all receiving paperwork for store’s inventory integrity
Partners with the leadership team to oversee organizational standards in back of house and exercises creative decision-making to impact organization and efficiency; keeps all receiving, shipping, stock, supply, and production areas clean and organized
Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
Lead as a brand ambassador, taking pride in the details of your store
