We are looking for nurses to join our team of dedicated staff to provide excellent, quality care and utilize best nursing practices to make a positive impact for our residents.
Methodist Specialty Care Center has an immediate opening for an RN Shift Manager.
Shift:
- 7am - 3pm
As an RN Shift Manager at MSCC you will:
- Provide direct care to the residents
- Work in conjunction with Respiratory Therapists to manage tracheostomies and ventilators
- Responsible for overall operation for nursing during 11-7 shift, including week days, weekends and holidays.
- Interact daily with residents, meeting their medical and psychosocial needs
- Monitor care provided by Rns, LPNs and CNAs
- Interact with the Medical Director to facilitate resident needs
- Interact with management and administrative staff to enhance facility function
- Support the interdisciplinary team efforts toward delivery of quality resident care
- Responsible for performance evaluations of staff supervised.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license in the State of Mississippi, without restrictions and hold BLS certification.
Methodist Specialty Care is a division of Mississippi Methodist Rehabilitation Center.
