Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation Med/Surg
Location: Windsor, VT
Shift: 12hr Days; Will float to other Units between Acute Rehab/Acute Med Surg
Duration: 13 weeks
Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed

• 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
• CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
• BSN preferred
• CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• ACLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Vermont

Compact Allowed

• BLS (AHA)

Summary:
