Linden Grove Health Center is now hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to be the newest member of our awesome team.
Full Time Hiring Bonus $7500
Licensed Experience based pay: $47-50/hour, shift diff, pay in lieu of benefits is an add on to this base rate.

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:
- Completing initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
- Writing, initiating and revising plan of care, as needed.
- Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care and administering mediations and treatments as prescribed.
- Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Must Have:
- RN with current licensure to practice in the
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality-of-care standards for residents.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
