What You'll Do:
- Uphold Standards of Practice: Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
- Professional Performance: Demonstrate competence in ethical practice, culturally congruent care, effective communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement.
- Patient-Centered Care: Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families, integrating cultural diversity into practice while respecting individual values and preferences.
- Champion Quality: Engage in health teaching, promotion, and coordination of care to promote a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
This position is an 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm. No nights, No weekends and no Holidays.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Experience:Registered Nurse is the foundational requirement for all RN positions. Internal medicine experience preferred but not required.
- Licensure: Licensed and currently Registered Nurse in the State of employment.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Patient-Centric Tasks: Triage patient inquiries, maintain clinical inbox, administer injections, manage inventory and supply ordering, make patient result calls, and provide emergency support if needed due to understaffing.
Physical Demands:
- This role requires prolonged standing, walking, and the use of sight, hearing, and touch.
- May involve exposure to infectious diseases and varying levels of stress.
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, push, and pull objects/patients ranging from 5 to 300 pounds.
