Now Hiring: RN Registered Nurse

RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status
• Coordinate and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR)

RN Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• RN license in NJ
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
