Overview:
Under guidance of the Cardiovascular Leadership team with limited supervision, completes daily functions of point of service which includes but not limited to, imaging, diagnostics, interventional and electrophysiology procedures. This position provides administrative support to the service line to include running reports for room utilization and reviewing optimization of services provided in the cardiovascular service line. This individual will be responsible for scheduling various appointments for procedures, placing orders and will be able to interact directly with various hospital and clinic partners and patients wile maintaining a patient-centered attitude.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Two years' experience of surgery/procedure scheduling preferred
- Required Education: Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
- Other:
- Software application skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situation with professionalism.
