Shift Timings: 18:45-07:15 Hours Monday to Friday 3 days 12 hour shift
Per Week: 36 Hours
We have 4 Medical Units that we are working to fill these positions for. Our typical nurse patient ratio at night is 1:6. There are patient care techs to assist with patient care.
All medical floors have remote monitoring capabilities, with a Centralized Monitoring Room that monitors these patients. Every other weekend required Holiday rotation will be required BCLS required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
