Responsibilities may include:
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing and coordinating medical services to address the mental, behavioral, and physical health needs of the individual we serve.
- Ensuring emails are responded to in a promptly manner, scheduling appointments and cycle medications on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
- Care management duties include coordination of community services and correspondence with treatment team members, such as physicians, pharmacies, guardians, county board staff, employment programs and residential staff.
- Train staff on electronic medication administration record and provide in-services as needed.
Requirements for this position include:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active unrestricted RN license.
- Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
- Preferably has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
