MIPS is a surgical model practice for Interventional Radiology. We run a full-service clinic where we do superficial vein treatments, injections, and perform outpatient procedures in the office and in the hospital.

Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists (MIPS) is looking for a highly motivated Nurse two days a week that is willing to dive into the world of Interventional Radiology. Our Interventional Radiologists are world renown and maintain exceptional patient care. You would be a part of a new clinic and hospital-based model that is evolving daily.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient pre-procedure and post-procedure care.
- Provide conscious sedation when needed.
- Assists in planning, organizing and directing day to day operations of the facility toward achievement of facility goals and objectives.
- Assists in daily clinical operations of the facility and supports the clinical staff accordance with established Federal, State and accreditation regulations and guidelines, as well as established policies and procedures.
- Provides on-site support and direction to center associates for the administration to assure appropriate procedures are followed for patient scheduling, registration, medical record documentation, billing, and collections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field of nursing, or related field preferred
- Two years clinical experience in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology or Cardiac Cath Lab preferred.
- Able to use computer, including word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail / calendar functions for day-to-day activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians and all medical professionals.
- Holds current RN license in State of Colorado, in good standing.
