Rn Infusion Nurse

**Registered Nurse - Infusion** **Duties:** - Administer infusion therapy treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders - Monitor patients during infusion therapy to ensure safety and efficacy of treatment - Assess patient's condition and response to treatment, and make necessary adjustments to medication or treatment plan - Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy procedures, potential side effects, and self-care techniques - Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in electronic medical records system (Cerner) - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols **Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care or ambulatory setting - Proficient in IV insertion and management of central lines - Experience with pain management techniques and medication administration - Knowledge of ostomy care and wound management - Familiarity with dementia care and specialized needs of elderly patients - Experience with esthetic laser treatments is a plus - Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records system and ICD-9 coding **Skills:** - Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment If you are a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to provide high-quality infusion therapy care, we invite you to apply for this position. Pay: $37.62 - $41.07 per hour
