RN FT, PT and Per Diem Positions

Schedule: Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem

$32.00 per hour (Per Diem)

Position Overview

Provides a full range of nursing services in accordance with professional practices, special orders from physicians, and established policy, procedures, and protocols; administers medications and treatments by various route; documents medication sheets, narcotic records and nurses notes; follows procedure for reporting medication errors; follows infection control guidelines; performs various resident assessments; reports urgent changes in resident conditions; documents medical records.

General Responsibilities

· Ability to supervise other nursing personnel as assigned Knowledge of theories and practices of nursing

· Ability to give and receive report to other members of nursing team

· Ability to assist with orientation of new employees

Qualifications

· Must be licensed as an RN by the State of New Hampshire

· Certification in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation required

· Must maintain required number of CEU’s for state licensure
