What You Will Do In This Role
You will perform comprehensive nursing assessmentsregardingthe health status of the patient, following standards of care and disease specific protocols.
You will plan,implementand evaluate patient care plans tooptimizeoutcomes and maximize available resources.
You will provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN’s scope of practice andin accordance withestablished policies.
You willprovideeducation and emotional supportappropriate toage, culture, condition, and circumstance and incorporate patient / family teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt Required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
- Registered Nurse in TX or Holds a compact license
- Bachelor's Degree or MSN preferred in Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year documented recent hospital experience in specialty area
