Rn Emergency Room

Great opportunity for a RN Emergency Room - Adult in a Hospital setting. Bronx, NY

7:00am - 7:30pm ( 3 x 12 )

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and provide appropriate care for patients in the Emergency Room
- Administer neonatal ventilator support and monitor infants in critical condition
- Provide catheter care and assist with infant care as needed
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures and perform IV infusions
- Utilize knowledge of physiology to assess and treat patients effectively
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures when necessary
- Perform gastric lavage as required

Requirements:
- Valid Registered New York State Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Emergency Room setting
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and providing appropriate care for patients
- Experience with neonatal ventilator support and infant care
- Ability to perform catheter care, phlebotomy, and IV infusion procedures
- Strong knowledge of physiology and its application to patient care
- Familiarity with cardiac catheterization procedures is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
