👩‍⚕️ Job Summary and Qualifications: As an RN in the Emergency Room, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care and transforming lives. Your role encompasses:

• Leadership: Guiding the delivery of professional nursing care
• Nursing Process: Applying assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide care and educate patients and families
• Interventions: Carrying out medically prescribed interventions

Qualifications:

• Education: ASN
• License/Certifications: NC RN license, BLS
• Experience: A minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience

• Experience Matters: A year of hospital experience is required (we offer cross-training!)
• Flexible Shifts: Choose from day, night, and evening shifts to suit your lifestyle.
• Competitive Salary: Earn $33 - $49.50 per hour based on your years of experience.
• Experience Bonus: The highest range is offered to candidates with 25+ years of experience.
• Differentials: Enjoy additional compensation of $4/hr for evening shifts, $6/hr for nights, and $3.50/hr for weekends.
