Requirements:
- One year acute nursing care required, hospital based preferred.
- Experience in home health Required
- Certified Home Health Required Including Proficieny with OASIS
- Infusion Therapy Certification Preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply Community Health principles andpractice.
- Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician withminimal supervision or assistance.
- Experience with self-scheduling of caseloadpreferred.
- History of flexibility in assuming varied assignments.
- BSN strongly preferred
- Current Driver License (and insurance) Required
- In order to effectively provide home care, they must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.
