Rn Clinical Care Manager

Insight Global is looking for an RN Clinical Case Manager to join a leading home care healthcare provider sitting onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida. This individual will act at the clinical supervisor over a team of case managers out in the field and will sit onsite in the corporate office. Being the nation's first home care company and a leader in their industry, it is imperative that this individual be sharp and have strong experience in home care, including having experience completing Oasis forms and other required governmental documentation. This is a contract-to-hire position and the team is looking for an individual that wants to commit to their organization for the long haul.

Must-have requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) credential
• 2+ years of experience in the home health / home care environment
• Experience completing Oasis forms for the government
• Computer savvy and comfortable working with MS Office
• Ability to work onsite with the team

Plusses:

• Strong preference for Medicare home health experience
